Per the reference price list effective 08.12.2024, the Basic Sale Price (quoted as applicable) includes 2 covered car parking spaces and a 5 kVA power backup valued at INR 1,25,000 (INR 25,000 per kVA).

The price list shows interest free maintenance security (IFMS) at INR 50 per sq ft and a clubhouse membership fee (CMF) of INR 10,00,000 as mandatory additional charges. GST, statutory charges, registration, stamp duty and other applicable charges are extra.

PLCs apply on Net BSP depending on unit location: 5% on the 1st floor, 4% on the 2nd, 3% on the 3rd, 3% on the 24th to 25th, 5% on the 26th and 27th, 7% on the 28th floor and 3% for corner units.

It is a 14-stage construction linked plan. It starts with 10% of Net BSP at booking and a cumulative 15% within 30 days, then follows roof slab, plaster, flooring, wood work and paint milestones, and ends with 5% at offer of possession. GST and other charges are extra.
