01 · Price structure
What the price includes
Based on the reference price list effective 08.12.2024. The Basic Sale Price is quoted “as applicable”, so ask for the current rate for your tower and floor.
Power backup included
₹25,000 per kVA, ₹1,25,000 in total, included in the price.
Maintenance security
Interest free maintenance security (IFMS), a mandatory additional charge.

Charged on Net BSP, in addition to it, depending on where the unit sits.

PLCs are paid within the payment plan: 50% at the 6th floor roof slab and 50% at the 12th floor roof slab. The price list does not say how more than one PLC combines, so ask the team to confirm the charges for your exact unit.

Reading stage 2: the 15% due within 30 days includes the 10% booking amount, so it is a cumulative 15%, not an extra 15%. The schedule reaches 100% of Net BSP, excluding GST, PLCs and other charges. Delayed payments attract interest as per developer policy.

Terms and conditions
Price list terms 9
- The price list and payment plan are subject to the Agreement for Sale and any Addendum to Agreement for Sale.
- Payments may be made by cheque, demand draft, RTGS, NEFT or online transfer.
- Other charges, GST, statutory charges, taxes, cesses and levies, including future levies or enhancements by government, local authority or other competent authority, are extra and borne by the applicant. They are payable under the selected payment plan or when demanded by the developer.
- Registration expenses, stamp duty, legal charges, court fee, documentation charges and other applicable charges are extra and borne by intending allottees at actual cost.
- Revision of the price list, payment plan and rebate is at the sole discretion of the developer.
- The prices, terms and conditions are indicative, intended to acquaint applicants, and are not exhaustive.
- Timely payment rebates and any rebates under down payment, flexi payment or other arrangements are eligible only when the respective payments are received on or before their respective due dates.
- In cancellation, termination or rejection cases, refund is after applicable deductions.
- The price list applies only to Towers A, B, C, D and E. For Iconic Tower pricing, please speak to the sales manager.
Payment plan terms 3
- Delayed payments accrue interest in favour of the developer under the developer policy.
- PLCs depend on the location of the unit and are payable according to the payment plan.
- Revision of the payment plan and rebate is at the sole discretion of the developer.
